location. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administrative and is proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office to enter data in a fast paced environment. Work
Monday through Friday , day shifts.
No Weekends!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is desired but not required. What You'll Do: Introduces self and company to each customer. Sets up interview sheets on all potential accounts. Responsible for completing these interviews within deadlines. Contacts dealers and buyers to collect needed documents and other missing information. Notes all information on interview sheet accurately. Determines if account fits with dealer agreement. Takes inbound phone calls and responds to customer and lien holder requests throughout the day. Creates customer files. Maintains log of files processed. Compares checklist of documents needed with documents in file to ensure validation documentation is provided. Responsible for identifying fraud. Tracks files to ensure they are processed within 24 hours. Files all necessary paperwork daily. Other additional duties may be assigned, based on company’s needs. What You'll Need: This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as prioritize time sensitive projects. Ability to navigate in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ideal candidate must possess strong time management skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to multi-task in challenging situations.
