Manage cases involving public entities and construction-related accidents. Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients in complex insurance matters. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation or arbitration when necessary. Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly in insurance defense and coverage litigation. Proven ability to handle cases in state and federal courts. Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the New Jersey State Bar is required. Skills: Expertise in insurance defense, including first- and third-party claims.
