Metro North Housing Corp (MNHC) is searching for an inspiring and strategic Executive Director to guide our organization into its next chapter of growth and innovation. About Us: Founded in 2015 by a coalition of affordable housing, mental health, and public health advocates, MNHC provides affordable housing and supportive services to low-income individuals and those experiencing homelessness. MNHC owns three buildings, offering 39 units of supportive housing to adults and college-aged students across Malden, Medford, Everett, and surrounding communities. The Role: As our Executive Director, you will be the driving force behind MNHC’s mission, working closely with the Board of Directors to set strategic direction, ensure financial sustainability, and manage day-to-day operations. You will lead affordable housing development projects, spearhead fundraising and advocacy efforts, and cultivate strong community partnerships—all while staying true to MNHC’s core values of equity, compassion, and innovation.
