The Opportunity: Critical decisions are made every single day in our government. What if you could use your skills to help support our warfighters, protect our national security, and inform our nation's leaders? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled Offensive Cyberspace Operations Planner to develop and analyze concepts of support and courses of action, integrate command and external capabilities, and coordinate and document comprehensive plans. You’ll leverage your subject matter expertise and work with other planners, operators, and analysts to develop detailed strategies and participate in targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and the execution of offensive cyberspace operations. As a key member of our team, you’ll leverage your expertise in military cyberspace operations through the phases of planning, approval, and execution of Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs). You’ll provide subject matter expertise and support analyzing and integrating cyberspace capabilities and equities into operational plans while remaining cognizant of missions and priorities of the client. You Have: 6+ years of experience with offensive cyberspace operations or computer network operations Experience in military or government offensive cyberspace mission planning Experience developing concepts of support and courses of action Experience drafting and editing OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs Knowledge of cyberspace capabilities, equities, available infrastructure, or platforms TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience working with Combat Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), or Combat Support Teams (CST) Bachelor's degree Completion of the Joint Information Operations Planners or Special Technical Operations (STO) Planners Course Completion of the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
