IT Support Specialist (Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential)

We are seeking a skilled
IT Support Specialist
to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for end users, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support across various systems and devices.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve technical support requests via our help desk. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users. Deploy and configure laptops for new hires as part of the onboarding process. Provide support for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra, Office 365, Mac, Windows desktop, and mobile devices. Assist with networking hardware, including switches, firewalls, and routers. Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance. Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple operating systems, as well as cloud-based applications. Familiarity with networking fundamentals; experience with Ubiquiti products is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
This position starts as part-time with the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.
