R&D Technician

Are you an experienced R&D Technician with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced R&D Technician to work at their company in Maple Grove, MN.

Position Summary: Works under limited supervision assisting R&D engineers, scientists, and/or teams in the development and analysis of products, materials, processes, or equipment.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Design and set up of pilot and production equipment.
• Designing methods for using the equipment.
• Measurement of the process variables.
• Analysis of the processing variables.
• Control of the processing variables.
• Scale-up of the system for expected capacities.
• Build quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline and 1 year of related experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with mechanical testing.
• Hands-on catheter build experience.
• Experience with nitinol implants.
