Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business opportunities within the emergency management and disaster response sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business prospects through market research, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Present and communicate product/service offerings effectively to clients, demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets and revenue goals are met.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.


Client Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within emergency management or related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in consultative selling and understanding complex client needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
