We are comma.ai. We build openpilot, an Autopilot-like system, and the comma 3X, hardware capable of running openpilot. We ship hundreds of comma 3X's to users every week, all built in our office's production facility.
We are looking for an Operations Engineer to manage our workplace infrastructure, logistics, and administrative systems. The ideal candidate is a process-driven problem solver who can optimize our operational efficiency while supporting our fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, facilities management, and space planning
- Coordinate shipping/receiving operations and inventory management
- Optimize workflows for supply chain, procurement, customer support, and fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong systems thinking and process optimization mindset
- Experience with logistics, inventory or supply chain
- Proven track record of implementing efficient operational workflows
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
