Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Search Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, implement, and manage paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns remain within spend limits while driving results.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and industry best practices in paid search and social advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content, to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bid management, and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Advertising (preferred, but not required).
