Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), including specialized areas such as Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), Advanced Financial Closing (AFC), Multi-Bank Connector (MBC), and Treasury Finance. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Reporting, and Taxation across multiple country-specific processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• SAP FICO Implementation & Support: Lead and support SAP FICO module implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Joint Venture Accounting (JVA): Manage and configure JVA processes for cost recovery, equity adjustments, and partner reporting.
• Advanced Financial Closing (AFC): Configure and optimize financial closing automation and reporting in SAP S/4HANA.
• Treasury & Banking: Implement and manage SAP Multi-Bank Connector (MBC), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury Finance solutions.
• Taxation Compliance: Ensure accurate configuration and reporting for VAT, GST, WHT, and country-specific tax requirements.
• Controlling & Cost Allocations: Handle Cost Element Accounting (CEA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), and Overhead Cost Allocations.
• Asset Accounting & Project System: Manage fixed assets, leasing, and project system (PS) configurations, ensuring proper capitalization and settlement processes.
• Real Estate & Contracting: Support finance-related processes in real estate management, leasing, and contract accounting.
• Reporting & Compliance: Design and implement financial reporting structures that meet GAAP, IFRS, and local compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, finance teams, IT teams, and external partners to drive successful SAP solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO with end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Expertise in SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), Advanced Financial Closing (AFC), Treasury & Cash Management, and Multi-Bank Connector (MBC).
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Controlling (CO).
• Experience in VAT, GST, WHT, and other country-specific taxation processes.
• Hands-on experience in cost allocation, overhead management, internal orders, and asset accounting.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance and SAP Real Estate & Contracting processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex SAP integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP S/4HANA Certification in FICO or related modules.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Fiori Apps, and Embedded Analytics.
• Knowledge of Financial Consolidation and IFRS 16 leasing requirements.
