Our client, a rapidly growing fitness brand, is launching an exclusive new venture in collaboration with a celebrity partner. This premium gym concept aims to redefine what the fitness industry can be, combining state-of-the-art facilities with a brand ethos rooted in wellness, performance, and sophistication. We are seeking a visionary Director of Marketing to co-lead brand development, market entry, and ongoing strategy for this exciting new brand.
Working closely with the CMO, who brings fitness expertise, the Director of Marketing will focus on creating a brand narrative that resonates with high-end, lifestyle-focused consumers and position the brand as an innovator/disruptor in the fitness industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape a new standard in premium fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Identity Development: Assist in the brand creation and oversee the creative agency who will develop a distinctive brand identity and storytelling framework that defines the gym line as a leader in fitness and lifestyle innovation.
- Public Relations Management: Manage the PR agency in executing a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance brand credibility, manage media relationships, and secure top-tier press coverage.
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact brand presence.
- Creative Oversight: Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce compelling, premium content that aligns with brand values and engages the target audience.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and consumer insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with the expectations of affluent consumers.
- Social Media/Influencer Strategy: Develop social media and influencer strategy for the brand, ensuring brand voice and messaging resonates with the target demographic.
- Director of Marketing Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or public relations, preferably with high-end or lifestyle-focused brands.
While a prior Director title is preferred, candidates ready to step into a Director role are also encouraged to apply!
