- The individual will be responsible for supporting and leading the technical demands of the site gas and/or chemical equipment.
- They will ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures, emergency preparedness, and drive flawless execution.
- They will ensure compliance when writing, editing, and executing operating and maintenance procedures and drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture.
- They will support the installation, decommissioning, and troubleshooting.
- The repair of all Electronics Gas Systems, Applied Energy Systems gas systems, Fuji liquid delivery systems, Air Liquide Gas and Chemical systems.
- The individual must be capable of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment.
- Must demonstrate quality and comprehensive knowledge of gas or chemical applications in wafer fabrication and emergency response.
Subject Matter Expert for gas, chemical and/or slurry equipment, providing technical support and problem resolution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electronics, design, or engineering
• 10 + years of experience as a maintenance or equipment technician
• Experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment
• Experience with gas and chemical systems in a semiconductor ultra-high purity operation as an equipment technician
