We are seeking an experienced IP Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or computer science and a passion for intellectual property law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze technical documents and patent portfolios
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memos
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in court proceedings and client meetings
- Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop IP strategy
- Manage and oversee junior associates on projects
Qualifications:
- A science degree in engineering or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in IP Litigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
