We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive attorney  who enjoys working directly with clients  to guide them in creating effective estate and asset protection plans. If you are looking for a high-growth opportunity  in a dynamic, forward-thinking firm, this role is for you.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A NJ or PA licensed attorney with 2-5+ years of estate planning and/or elder law experience
  • Strong drafting and client counseling  skills
  • High follow-through and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • team player  who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Passionate about working with retiree-aged clients and delivering exceptional service


What You’ll Do

  • Design and draft estate plans  including wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies
  • Conduct client meetings  to assess needs, explain planning options, and oversee plan implementation
  • Coordinate with our financial services team  to ensure a seamless planning experience for clients
  • Manage estate administration cases  (exclusively for existing clients)
  • Support firm growth  by mentoring team members and helping refine internal processes
