Responsibilities
Responsible for creating learning activities and course content. Works with subject matter experts to identify training needs and utilizes multimedia tools to enhance the learning process:
- Create high quality and cost effective Instructional Design Content
- Facilitate/Train Assigned Courses throughout the year
- Analyze & Identify Performance Improvements
- Modify tests/assessments to measure effectiveness of courses
- Analyzing & applying best practices and trends in Instructional Design
- Create & Maintain appropriate documents and files
- Required - Intermediate Skill level with Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, Slides, Drive); Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
- Required - Proficiency using Learning Management Systems (LMS), online course authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe, PowerSchool, etc.), and video creation tools to design, develop and maintain a wide variety of learning media; Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
- Required - In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models; Ability to effectively Train and Facilitate identified courses
- Required - Understanding of various learning styles to support performance improvement initiatives and training requirements
Qualifications
Minimum of Three (3) or more years documented experience:
- Conducting classroom training in a corporate or vocational environment
- Design, Delivery, development, Facilitating and formatting learning content/curriculums for classroom & eLearning
- Multimedia Design (Video, eLearning, Photo, Graphics)
