Seeking to hire a commercial construction site superintendent.


  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
  • Supervise field personnel including subcontractors and foremen.
  • Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.


  • Specific Duties:
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manage inventory.
  • Schedule and attend subcontractor meetings
  • Resolve conflicts and address issues arising on site
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols
  • Prepare and update project schedules
  • Perform quality control checks on work performed
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and owners


  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive construction experience in relevant fields
  • Thorough understanding of construction documents and building codes
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Valid safety certifications (OSHA)
