A vertically integrated cannabis operator in Michigan is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee all functional operations and maintenance across all of their facilities including cultivation, production, and retail. You should be well-versed in facilities and maintenance management across manufacturing and/or retail, with experience in automated machinery and systems for growing agricultural products. You will manage a team of technicians, and be tasked with implementing new PM systems across all facilities. You will be the main POC for all department leaders, and will manage and coordinate with vendors for construction, repair, and technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations across cultivation and production
- Hire and train facility and maintenance team members
- streamline processes for facilities management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in facilities and maintenance management, in cannabis preferably but open to folks from agriculture or other manufacturing environments
- Team management experience required
- experience implementing PM programs and processes
