Business Analyst/Developer – HR Systems
Description:
- Understand, gather, define and document requirements for HR Benefits provided by business stakeholders.
- Design application functionality (acceptance criteria) to meet business requirements.
- Record those requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria within Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Quality Assurance testing and systems User Acceptance Testing.
- Support the identification, research and resolution of software and process issues.
Requirements:
- Understanding and experience with HR Benefits, HR back-end creation, maintenance, and interactions.
Experience:
- 3 yrs - Team environment, UKG, SQL, software development life cycle, software requirements creation, software testing
Must Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise HR system(s), excellent communication and team interaction abilities, strong organizational skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Data maintenance and manipulation, Peoplesoft experience
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Hourly contract rate range of $45.00 to $55.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
