Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney at Law Offices of Thomas C. Flippin in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina and Elkin, North Carolina. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating agreements, and communicating with clients.
Qualifications
- A desire for service
- A desire to learn bankruptcy law
- A desire to learn Estate Planning/ Estate Administration
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
