Crest Management is looking for one exceptional Lifestyle Director in Humble TX for a large-scale community of 4,000 lots to join our award-winning team. The Company

Crest is locally owned and led by our founders who have accumulated over 75 years of combined experience in community management and development. We are proud to be part of an elite group of community association management companies that have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®). To earn the designation, companies must have at least three years of experience providing community management services and commit to a strict code of ethics.

The Lifestyle Director is responsible for ensuring the experience of the residents and creating memories with their families.

  • Create an annual calendar of special events, activities, group fitness opportunities.
  • Must have event planning experience, HOA experience preferred.
  • Execute all events utilizing resources from within the community and area service providers.
  • Put together an integral marketing plan to promote and drive participation within the community.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses for participation and sponsorship of events.
  • Collaborate and build partnerships with local organizations to recruit volunteers.
  • Maintain community website by providing and posting content regarding events.
  • Develop annual lifestyle budget and manage expenses within budget.
  • Schedule and coordinate with onsite staff for use of the clubhouses for events or other community activities.
  • Attend trade association meetings, seminars and classes to remain current on trends and conditions as required or requested.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000K

Schedule:

  • Primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work required for events. Candidates must be prepared to assist with event preparation, setup, and takedown as needed.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
