Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
• Develop trial strategies and represent the firm in court proceedings, delivering high-quality representation.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and gather evidence.
• Work closely with private and corporate clients to provide legal advice on various legal issues.
• Negotiate settlements in the best interest of the client.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and keep them updated on case progression.

Qualifications:

• A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Trial experience is highly preferred.
• Outstanding ability to analyze and articulate complex legal issues.
• Superior client service and communication skills.
• Impeccable ethical standards and professional integrity.
