As part of our U.S. expansion, we are seeking a high-performing Account Director Sales to drive business growth in Florida and New York. Role Overview The Account Director Sales will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients, developing strategic relationships, and expanding Axpe Consultings presence in the U.S. This is a hunter role requiring a strong background in B2B IT sales, solution selling, and enterprise account management. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within telecom, banking, insurance, and healthcare industries. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with C-suite executives and decision-makers. Solution Selling: Present AI, cloud, data analytics, and ServiceNow solutions to address client challenges and business needs. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and outreach. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Track sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT solutions. Proven success in selling AI, cloud, data analytics, ServiceNow, or digital transformation solutions. Strong ability to engage and negotiate with C-level executives and decision-makers. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
