We are seeking an extraordinary Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us continue partnering with the best companies and attracting top-tier talent to build incredible teams. Role Overview: As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be mentored by a Senior Recruiter and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and vetting out the best talent for our clients. You will work closely with our hiring managers and leadership team to ensure we maintain our high standards for recruitment. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Vetting out the best talent in the Bay Area market for various roles across an array of industries Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Screening and interviewing candidates to assess fit for both the role and company culture Managing high-volume recruitment efforts while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Building strong, long-lasting relationships with both candidates and internal teams Maintaining excellent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Providing a high level of candidate experience through timely and transparent communication Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment A 4 year college degree is required Experience in a professional services environment such as consulting, finance or legal Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high-volume workload with a strong work ethic and a focus on results Excellent people skills with the ability to assess talent effectively A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally Experience recruiting in the Bay Area market is a plus Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco’s Financial District Why Join Us?
