end-to-end analytics
and data visualization across channels Conduct
market research , test hypotheses, and find new solutions Collaborate with
development teams , writing technical requirements for marketing-related tasks Prioritize and align marketing efforts with
related departments Requirements: 3+ years
of experience in a similar leadership role Proven success in
SEO/ASO , content marketing, and social campaigns Balance of experience between
Web and Mobile
marketing Familiarity with
niche and local ad platforms
(Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, Naver Ads) Proficiency in
Google Analytics
(Amplitude is a plus) Strong instinct for
ad copy and visual selection Expertise in B2B fintech and crypto
(mandatory) Fluent English , any additional languages are a plus Preferred Qualifications: Personal experience with
fintech, crypto, or asset management
products Based in
