New Opportunity Program/Project Manager - Data Management
NES Fircroft is actively seeking an experienced Database Project Manager for our client, a Major Industrial Gas Manufacturer, at their Allentown, PA Corportate Headquarters! This position would be a full-time 2-year contract running through March of 2027.
Our client is seeking a Database Project Manager to function as the scrum master for Agile related projects at their corporate site. Bachelors Degree required for this opening.

Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate project resources and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Function as the Scrum Master and conduct Agile ceremonies for Agile projects.
- Lead project teams through an iterative delivery process, especially for new business projects with unknown requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Mastery of core project management disciplines.
- Ability to work in a highly adaptive environment.
- Understanding of negotiating scope while supporting DT standards.
