The Hollingsworth Law Firm, PLLC is looking to hire an associate litigation attorney with 3-7 years of personal injury experience. This position will allow the candidate to gain and enhance their experience working up cases for trial and trying those cases. The ideal candidate will be aggressive and know the law or resourceful enough to find it, who can independently handle their own diverse docket. The firm’s litigation docket consists primarily of MVA, commercial MVA, and premises liability cases. The candidate will be tasked with taking and defending depositions, filing petitions, preparing, and responding to motions, answering discovery, attending mediations and assisting with the trying of cases.
This position offers a competitive base salary and performance-based pay which can exceed $250,000. The Firm also offers a bonus for the sourcing of cases by the attorney.
