The Guess?, Inc. Distribution and Supply Chain Departments are seeking a hardworking individual to join their important team. The team’s responsibilities include receiving, processing, and shipping goods efficiently, with a strong focus on automation, critical thinking, labor management, and cross-functional collaboration. This dynamic department ensures timely product fulfillment, delivering product promptly to consumers.
This role will be responsible for building processes between cross-functional teams to facilitate more efficient workflow and manage teams through calendar related processes and timelines. Participate in PLM system project management and support globally; monitor follow-up on all action items and deadlines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with Operations Planning Director on system project implementations and integrations from beginning to end, ensuring projects deliver on time, within budget, and to stakeholder specifications. Communicate timelines and obstacles to Operations leadership and executive level management teams.
- Balance technical knowledge with business savvy-ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from teams across the entire Supply Chain to maintain and continually enhance business systems to meet ever-changing business requirements. Manage internal/external user systems training and communication, as well as the development of user training materials and tools.
- Execute PLM system change management and enhancement plans that adheres to business best practice. Provide oversight to support tickets and provide reporting on resolution status.

Base salary will be determined on various factors, including but not limited to, market data, internal equity, relevant background, and experience for the specified role. GUESS?
