Summary:
- Commercial General Contractor Based in Houston, TX
- Senior Superintendent & Superintendent Role
- Projects between $1 million - $500 million
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial construction (Ground Up Industrial, Cold Storage, Warehouse, Distribution)
- Strong knowledge of project management or field operations.
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Senior Superintendents : Hands-on experience with site management and construction techniques.
