What You’ll Do
Lead mechanical engineering teams to deliver innovative energy solutions across multiple industries.
Engage with clients to develop relationships, win new business, and drive energy transition projects .
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Design and oversee projects in thermal utility plants, cogeneration, utility master planning, and heat recovery systems .
Support business development , including proposal writing, project execution planning, and new market exploration.
Work in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days per week in our Cary, NC office ).
What You Bring
✔ Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering , or a related field.
✔ 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or consulting .
✔ Professional Engineer (PE) license (any US state).
✔ Proven ability to engage with clients, win work, and drive business growth .
✔ Experience in proposal development, project execution, and cost estimation .
✔ Strong technical background in thermal utilities, decarbonization, and power systems .
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
✔ Willingness to travel (up to 50%) based on project needs.
