You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing demand generation programs, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
- Oversee Product Marketing, Program Management, ensuring cohesive, data-driven execution of demand-generation campaigns.
- Implement and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts and drive conversion.
- Utilize marketing technologies (Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Google Analytics) to track, analyze, and optimize the performance of demand generation campaigns.
- Own the end-to-end lead generation process, including lead scoring, nurturing, and pipeline management.
- Drive a metrics-driven culture by defining KPIs, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and reporting results to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to create high-impact marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Foster an insatiable curiosity for testing, measuring, and iterating new ideas and strategies to continuously improve demand generation results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in demand generation strategies, ensuring Multiview remains competitive in a dynamic market.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Demand Generation or Revenue Marketing leadership role within a vertical SaaS or technology company.
- Expertise in building and executing ABM strategies and working with marketing automation and CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6sense.
- Strong track record of driving measurable results in alignment with revenue teams, including Sales and Customer Success.
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Insatiable curiosity for testing, measuring, and iterating ideas to refine and optimize marketing performance.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
