Responsibilities of the Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- Abide by laboratory protocol and procedures.
- Comfortable in a high-volume setting.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to perform quality control checks and troubleshooting of instrumentation.
Requirements of the Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
- ASCP or equivalent certification required
- AS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required
- Comfortable working in all areas of the lab.
