We're currently supporting a high-growth Tech organization in their search for a Global Head of Talent to drive talent acquisition (70%), while also playing a strategic role in succession planning and talent management (30%). This role will work closely with the Global Head of HR to build and manage a robust external talent pipeline, ensuring access to top-tier senior talent across key global markets. The ideal candidate will be a network-driven talent leader with deep expertise in sourcing and hiring at scale. Based in Manhattan, our client operates on a hybrid basis and this individual will be required to be in the office 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (70%) - Own global recruitment efforts, with a proactive, network-driven approach to sourcing and hiring top-tier senior talent. Talent Management & Succession Planning (30%) - Support the Global Head of HR in developing frameworks to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees. Partner with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business growth. Lead and mentor global TA and Tech Talent teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in global talent acquisition,
MUST
be within SaaS or technology sectors. Proven track record in building external talent pipelines for critical and senior roles.
