$130,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

Compensation: $130,000-170,000 base + bonus

We are representing an Investor Relations opportunity with a publicly traded real estate investment trust, REIT. This person will be the sole person in IR and report to the C-Suite.

The firm offers a hybrid schedule and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to questions and ad hoc requests from investors
2. Work with management on strategies for current/prospective investors
3. Draft press releases related to earnings calls and Investor/shareholder calls
4. Complete DDQs and RFPs
5. Develop marketing materials and investor reporting
6. Serve as a liaison between the firm and its investors
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, asset management, and finance, to align capital formation strategies with overall business objectives

Qualifications

• At least 6-12 years of Investor Relations experience
