The Shenandoah Community School District is seeking qualified applicants for a Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Coaching Authorization or Coaching Endorsement from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners prior to the start of the season. Candidates need to create a flexible program, establish effective rapport with students, motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for each pupil's ability, and establish good relationships with parents and other staff members.
