Are you driven by creating a great workplace culture and employee experience? We’re looking for a HR & Administration Coordinator to support our USA team with everything from employee engagement and wellness to HR Administration. You’ll be the heart of our office - managing shared spaces, hosting guests, and ensuring our workplace is welcoming and efficient. Working closely with our UK team and our Ohio based HR consultancy partner, you’ll help bring our global HR initiatives to life while tailoring them to our US team members. Who are we?

J&J Global Fulfillment has been on a spectacular journey of growth. In 2021, we made the leap to our huge facility in the UK (you gotta check out our awesome offices on YouTube!). Since then, we've expanded our fulfillment center in Grove City, Ohio, USA, and even opened up sites in Las Vegas, Australia, Canada and the Netherlands!

What you’ll be doing…

Your role will be all encompassing and will have a focus on the following areas:

Employee engagement & wellness

  • Act as the local People Team contact, addressing employee welfare and engagement
  • Implement engagement initiatives and wellness programs
  • Plan social events, celebrations, and recognition activities

HR Administration

  • Support HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping
  • Manage benefits administration and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Assist with HR reporting & documentation

People & Culture

  • Support employee development programs and feedback collection
  • Liaise between internal HR and external consultants to execute People initiatives

Office & Facilities management

  • Oversee office facilities, coordinating cleaning, IT and vendor services
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and meeting room logistics

Front of house Operations

  • Greet visitors, handle calls, and manage mail and deliveries
  • Organize meeting logistics, catering, and occasional errands (driving required)

We know that great people learn new things quickly, but we would love it if you have the following skills / experience…

  • You have high energy levels, charisma, positivity and a people-first approach
  • Proven experience in HR related roles which have an emphasis on employee engagement
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage office facilities and front of house duties
  • Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence, enabling you to engage with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Knowledge and understanding of the role of HR
  • You can work onsite, in our beautiful Grove City warehouse/office location
