Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and personable restaurant managers to drive and lead some of our leading home-grown and stylish brands.

A passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to create and provide the ultimate guest experience and an inherent capacity to build and develop people, will be the natural qualities of the best candidates for these roles.

The key focus areas of the role will include, but not be limited to, maintaining and driving the revenue, profitability and quality goals for this absolutely fabulous and chic homegrown brand. On a day-to-day basis these roles will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as the maintenance of high production, productivity, quality, customer-service and people standards.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of full-service, fine or casual dining restaurant management experience.
  • Experience within homegrown brands will be highly desirable.
  • Relevant restaurant and/or hospitality management educational qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • A proven track record of meeting set targets.
  • A-grade customer orientation & service skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of the F&B industry, regional best practices and management techniques.
  • Sharp financial management skills and commercial acumen to build and drive business and revenue strategies.
  • Coaching & mentoring skills.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
