Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - All-Ages Primary Care

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time
• 4 or 5 Days per Week
• No Evenings
• No Holidays
• No On-Call

COMPENSATION:

• $135,000 to $190,000 Total Annual Income
• $110,000 to $130,000 Annual Base Rate, dependent on experience
• Monthly Productivity Bonuses ($2,000 to $5,000 per Month)

LOCATIONS:

• Congress, Arizona (clinic)
• Wickenburg, Arizona (clinic)
• 25-mile service radius (mobile health unit)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This is a dual role in which the new provider will work 2 days per week in the Congress primary care clinic and 2 or 3 days per week (depending on schedule) in a “float” capacity, working in the Wickenburg primary care clinic and/or the mobile health unit that serves a 25-mile area surrounding Wickenburg and Congress. The mobile unit is a brand new, custom built “clinic on wheels”. It has a dedicated driver and is a 40-foot vehicle that runs on solar power. It is equipped with an exam room, telehealth capabilities, and imaging equipment. In the mobile unit, providers see an average of 20 to 22 patients per day with a dedicated medical assistant who is present at all times. Patients are of all ages, with an emphasis on adults (no infant care is provided in the mobile health unit). In the clinic, providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants. All work is within the area of standard primary care:

• Annual check-ups
• Physicals
• Chronic disease management
• Sick visits

The practice uses an EHR.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Arizona NP or PA license
• DEA - ability to see patients of all ages
• 1+ year advanced practice experience
• 1+ year primary care or related experience
