The FNA Group is a multidisciplinary agency creating impactful results for luxury and responsible brands through global wholesale, marketing, and communication initiatives.


We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager  to join our team in NYC to help grow our global wholesale business across established and new-to-market collections. We are highly involved in our brand's internal and growth strategies and need someone who can bring industry knowledge and contacts, but also work at a client-facing level to problem-solving brand issues and find growth. Travel is required for this job position to prospective locations such as Domestic US travel, Paris, London, and Milan.  


Responsibilities

- work closely with the agency founder + co-founder to create top-level sales strategies across all accounts

- oversee and manage the US sales team

- work with seasonal and yearly wholesale sales goals across all brands while working with the FNA wider sales team

- monitor monthly sales and work to increase sales growth across all accounts

- introduce the collections to specialty boutique stores + global partners that are a good fit for the brands 

- increase major department store growth across each brand

- oversee PKs with key department stores, help ensure the brands are receiving top-tier visibility and a strong sell-through, and manage team support to drive visits and communication at store level

- manage high-level conversations with retail heads when issues arise 

- oversee general seasonal COOP budgets in collaboration with the FNA marketing team 

- negotiate margin agreements, RA's, payment terms, and shipping terms with global partners to maximize brand profitability 

- oversee the showroom for US-based fashion weeks and work with the Paris team on international setup and management of the showroom, ensuring managed brands are accounted for

- lead high-level sales meetings during market for select managed brands 

- oversee global pricing for our collections, which may require the calculation of euro and pound pricing for linesheets 

- weekly calls with clients to update them on sales progress and discuss strategies

- provide merchandising feedback based on sell-through performance and market feedback


Qualifications

6+ years experience either at a luxury sales showroom or in-house growing a brand 

Strong relationships with top-tier global department stores and specialty stores 

Experience managing a team of 2+ 

Interest in working in an entrepreneurial environment
