Job Description
This role is responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, documenting, and troubleshooting desktop computers and mobile devices, including workstations, monitors, printers, and other peripherals and conference rooms. The position also provides software and application support, handles incident response and tracking, and manages asset deployments and inventory. Effective communication, problem-solving, and team player skills are essential for success in this role.

Skills and Requirements
Highschool Diploma
7-10 years of experience with IT support in a Windows Environment
Hands-on experience working with hardware virtually and in-office settings. Experience with ticketing systems Solar Winds and ServiceNow
Been apart of a migration of IT support
Packaging of issues/troubleshooting and delivering to C-level executives null
