JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Manager/Associate Director Patient Advocacy and Communications for
neffy
(epinephrine nasal spray) will report to the Senior Director, PR & Advocacy. The successful candidate is responsible for patient advocacy programs & project management, and support with external communications. Responsibilities may include managing patient and caregiver educational programs, developing and approving materials for media, corporate social media, as well as execution of partnerships with patient advocacy groups in collaboration with Senior Director, PR & Advocacy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Executes overall vision and strategy as it relates to patient advocacy, including supporting partnerships/educational initiatives with advocacy groups, assisting with the development of internal and external communications materials like key messages, website content and social media content for a corporate, KOL and patient/caregiver audience. Collaborates with the internal cross-functional team to support the execution of the overall strategic and tactical plan for building awareness and adoption of products. This position will ensure tactical plans and decisions are aligned to achieve corporate and brand objectives, and will work cross-functionally with marketing, market access, medical, and legal teams. Mitigates areas of risk by monitoring key issues and trends and assists with developing strategies to protect and enhance corporate goodwill and reputation. Builds and maintains collaborative, mutually beneficial partnerships with key patient advocacy and professional medical associations, increasing external awareness of ARS Pharma and

. Acts as an ambassador for the patient perspective, recognizing the significance of ensuring a patient-centric mindset and relevant engagement. Collaborates with Marketing and Regulatory teams on content review and supports education about

, including partnerships with spokespersons, social media influencers, etc. Ensure compliant and transparent stakeholder engagement. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in health, communications, business, or marketing preferred. Advanced degree MS/MBA/MA preferred. 5+ years patient advocacy experience including at least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Detail-oriented, self-initiating, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to prioritize, exhibit sound decision-making, possess learning agility and build strong relationships. Excellent verbal communication skills; proven ability drafting key messages, articles, educational materials, visual presentations, digital communication assets, etc. A strong portfolio and a proven track record of delivering high-quality content in the pharmaceutical industry. A self-starter with strong organization skills who is comfortable with defining goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs, and delivering against them in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Highly collaborative with the affinity to build relationships across teams, including vendors, business managers, and external partners. Able to travel up to 15% to attend advocacy meetings and medical conferences. Some weekends may apply. At ARS, we are proud to offer a highly competitive compensation & benefits package. The full-time salary range for this posted position is
$160,000 to $200,000
and may be eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus. Actual pay rates are determined by considering multiple factors including qualifications, relevance of experience, education & credentials, subject matter expertise, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
