Executive Director of Plastics, Aesthetics, and Cosmetics
to lead the strategic expansion of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic services. This newly created role is designed to support growth, operational excellence, and financial performance within one of the most recognized providers of plastic surgery and aesthetic services in New England. About the Role: The Executive Director of Plastics, Aesthetics, and Cosmetics will serve as a key leader overseeing clinical operations, driving financial outcomes, and developing standardized best practices that enhance patient throughput, customer service, and satisfaction. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will have direct responsibility for five locations in the Boston market while remotely managing two additional locations in New York. In this role, the Executive Director will lead a diverse team of 20+ physicians, advanced practitioners, and aestheticians, supported by three Practice Managers as direct reports. The Executive Director will be responsible for developing operational efficiencies, provider alignment, and service line growth, ensuring continued success in a competitive and evolving market. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Clinical & Operational Performance: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across seven locations, optimizing provider productivity, patient access, and financial outcomes. Develop & Implement Growth Strategies: Expand service offerings, increase patient referral bases, and strengthen multi-channel referral networks to drive new business. Financial Optimization: Manage budgeting, cost controls, and revenue cycle efficiency to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability. Standardization of Best Practices: Establish consistent workflows and clinical protocols to improve patient experience and operational efficiency. Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop Practice Managers and administrative leaders, fostering a high-performance culture. Enhance Patient Experience & Retention: Implement patient engagement strategies to increase conversion rates, reduce no-shows, and improve retention. Ideal Candidate Profile: 5+ years of leadership experience in an outpatient setting, ideally within plastic surgery, aesthetics, or cosmetics. Strong track record in operational and financial management, with a history of scaling service lines and driving growth. Experience managing operating room (non-clinical) functions and procedural scheduling. Demonstrated ability to build provider consensus, drive engagement, and optimize scheduling efficiencies. Proven leadership in mentoring and developing administrative teams. Knowledge of the Boston market is preferred, with an understanding of regional competition and patient demographics. Why This Role?
