We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead to join our client's dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Apex development, coupled with hands-on experience in Omni-Studio/Omni-Channel and Service Cloud. This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the US, with a requirement for occasional travel for client meetings or team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Design and develop custom applications, integrations, and automations within the Salesforce platform. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Configure and customize Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Implement and manage Omni-Studio/Omni-Channel solutions to enhance customer engagement and service delivery. Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, and proactively recommend improvements. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Proven experience with Service Cloud and Omni-Studio/Omni-Channel. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Willingness to travel periodically (10-15%).
