This position follows a 7-on,7-off schedule, with shifts running from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM in a hospital-basedsetting. The provider will beresponsible for delivering high-quality hospital medicine care to patientsduring overnight hours. Duties include conducting patient assessments,developing treatment plans, and managing acute and chronic conditions. The rolerequires collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcareprofessionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Additionalresponsibilities include responding to rapid responses, codes, and urgentmedical situations as needed. The provider will also be responsible for admissions,evaluations, and clinical documentation in alignment with hospital protocols.
Requirements

• Active Indiana state license (or willingness to obtain).
• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience in hospital medicine, inpatient care, or critical care preferred.
