Software Engineer
Salary: Up to $65/hr.
Location: Fort Worth, TX

Employment Type: Long term contract with potential for permanent employment
Summary: C++ developers to work on a surge task as we develop the codebase for the Next Generation F-16 mission computer. The development is in C++ on a Linux based platform.
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of professional experience with C++ 11/14
- 2+ years experience using Object Oriented Programming
- Experience using Unix/Linux
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance
Responsibilities:
- Refactoring and redeveloping legacy code
- Development of new code
- Integrating the code into our test platform
- Full lifecycle development of various infrastructure software product capabilities
- Software/hardware integration and system troubleshooting
- Agile Product Development Methodologies
- Daily collaboration and communication
- Opportunities to learn from system/software architects as well as mentor more junior engineers
- Gain working knowledge of team CI/CD infrastructure and tool suite
- Participate in development of team-level work estimates to support proposals and sprint/PI-level team commitments
