Job Title: Sr Business Analyst - Project Management, Agile, Strong Excel Duration: 12 Months Location: New Castle, DE Hybrid role - 2 Days Onsite and 3 days Remote Job Description: The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the build out of a strategic collateral management application in conjunction with our product partners. Job Background/context: The Sr. Business Analyst is a senior level position responsible for liaising between product owners and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Key Responsibilities: Partner with product and development teams to define and groom requirements Assisting in defining application, system, controls and process requirements Creation and ownership of Functional Architecture designs Demonstrate an advanced understanding of supported main system flows and possess a comprehensive understanding of how the system and others (i.e. architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives. Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, identify, assess, track and mitigate issues/risks at multiple levels Recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialog to resolve them Work across teams to optimize processes Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for visibility ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives. Qualifications: 6-10 years of relevant experience in a business analysis role Project Management experience, including agile methodology Demonstrated presentation and communication skills Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills
