Town of Hempstead is hiring: Laborer-2025 Seasonal in Town of Hempstead

Applicants may be required to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

• May sweep streets, gutters, and alleys, parks and open fields.
• May load garbage and/or recycling onto trucks.
• May mow lawns, plant bulbs, shrubs, and trees; spread fertilizers, dig ditches, and clean culverts and catch basins.
• May load and unload equipment and supplies.
• May operate motorized equipment.

Other duties as required.

To qualify for seasonal positions, applicants must be Village of Hempstead Residents.
