LocumJobsOnline is partnering with The Inline Group to find a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an exciting opportunity! We are looking for a dedicated professional to join Charles River Community Health in providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

About The Position

  • Full Time
  • Work Schedule: 4-day work week (32 hours clinical, 8 hours administrative)
  • Employment Type: Employed
  • Languages Required: Spanish fluency is mandatory
  • Patient Load: Manage a panel of at least 1500 patients
  • Call Schedule: One week, up to two times per quarter
  • Loan Repayment: Available
  • Compensation: Base salary up to $137k with an additional 10% for Spanish bilingual candidates, plus annual bonuses up to $20,000

Qualifications:

  • Prior NP experience is required
  • Certification in Expanded Role from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
  • Current Massachusetts Nursing License and NP Certification
  • Valid Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) and DEA registration
  • Eligible for Full Practice Authority in Massachusetts
  • Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a bonus
