Empower patients and their families by educating them on exercise routines and injury prevention strategies. Monitor and document patient progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Implement interventions across various settings to support diverse patient needs. Be involved in discharge planning and organizing follow-up care for ongoing rehabilitation. Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Active AR Physical Therapist PT license.
