In this role, you will lead carpentry projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and government properties, focusing on high-quality restoration and remodeling. Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of carpenters in the repair and restoration of water-damaged and other properties. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Order necessary materials as budgeted. Perform hands-on carpentry tasks while ensuring safety and compliance with building codes. Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and enforce safety protocols.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of professional carpentry experience, including leadership roles. Expertise in all aspects of carpentry, from framing to finish work. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and clients. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
