Job Description
Precision Aero manufactures and sells Aerospace parts, specifically handling their fuse plug division. Precision Aero manufactures fuse plugs for the tires on airplanes, which help prevent tires from bursting under extreme pressure. Due to an increase in business, they are now putting out 45,000 fuse plugs a month. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for soldering, inspecting, and cutting the fuse plugs to ensure they meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
You will work in a climate-controlled facility with ample room for expansion and new machines. Inspectors have a separate room with all their equipment and dedicated workstations. The company has a stable work environment with a guaranteed 5-year contract ensuring job security.

This is a standard job shop with a climate-controlled facility. Inspectors have dedicated workstations and a separate room with all necessary equipment. The company primarily works with UTC Aerospace and has a stable contract guaranteeing work for the next five years.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Receive batches of fuse plugs from the machining group.
- Fill in holes by soldering.
- Trim the solder using a specialized lathe.
- Perform measurements with micrometers and calipers to ensure quality.
- Use Fisheye, soldering gun, micrometers, calipers, small grinder, and small lathe.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in inspection processes.
- Experience with micrometers and calipers.
- Soldering skills.
- Experience in polishing.
- Experience in using a lathe.
- Quality control experience.
